What you will do

  • Design and evolve job architectures, applying job evaluation and grading frameworks.
  • Define role success profiles by connecting 'success profiles' and skill/competency models to roles.
  • Use organisational infrastructure to enable agile organisations for optimised strategy, cost, fair pay, and clear career structures.
  • Play a key role in project delivery and solution design for clients.
  • Deepen expertise across organisational infrastructure and total reward.
  • Work closely with clients and senior leaders to translate insights into practical outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Technical understanding of, or strong potential to develop expertise in, organisational infrastructure and its link to skills, reward, and the wider HR portfolio.
  • Ability to work across disciplines and translate complexity into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Flexible collaborator with good judgment.
  • Fluent Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish is required for working with Norwegian clients.
  • A relevant master’s degree (e.g., business, engineering, HR, or similar) is preferred.
