What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of SRE and Infrastructure engineers while managing the technical roadmap.
- Design and implement architecture for high availability, performance, and scalability across the infrastructure stack.
- Improve end-to-end infrastructure processes, including cloud architecture, CI/CD, and container orchestration.
- Establish standards for monitoring, logging, and observability to provide deep system visibility.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence through robust incident response and blameless postmortems.
- Identify single points of failure and develop proactive disaster recovery strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring DevOps/SRE teams.
- Deep proficiency with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Extensive experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), configuration management, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with modern observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
