TL;DR

What you will do

  • Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to drive project deliverables and timelines.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, managing complex dependencies across global business units.
  • Facilitate Scrum meetings, track status, and ensure transparent communication of progress.
  • Identify and resolve critical issues, escalating when necessary to ensure roadmap objectives are met.
  • Translate complex technical context into business-relevant information for executive summaries.
  • Collaborate across international time zones to align project efforts and dependencies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of program or project management experience in a software development environment.
  • Proficiency in Jira for ticket management and board facilitation.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex cloud-based technology platforms.
  • Ability to commute to the Madrid office 2-3 times per week.
  • Availability to travel locally and internationally several times per quarter.
