What you will do
- Lead the team in software development lifecycle, principles, and technologies.
- Guide functional requirements analysis, product strategy, and vision with Product Owners and Business Partners.
- Participate actively in Technical Backlog refinement ensuring best practices and architecture guidelines.
- Provide ongoing coaching and create growth opportunities for team members.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Minimum 3 years experience including previous Tech Lead role.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience with Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Solid knowledge of event-driven architectures, microservices, and modular monolith architectures.
- Effective communication skills with technical and functional stakeholders.
