What you will do

  • Integrate AI and Data Governance standards into the Körber Data Platform ecosystem and development lifecycle.
  • Translate regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, GDPR) into technical and procedural standards.
  • Support AI/ML and data initiatives with practical governance guidance and collaborate with engineers.
  • Establish and lead a federated AI and Data Governance model and working group across the organization.
  • Align governance efforts with Legal, IT Security, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic leadership positioning AI and Data Governance as a central discipline within Körber.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Porto, Portugal
  • 7–12+ years experience in AI governance, data governance, or risk management.
  • Proven ability to embed governance into technical platforms and development lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML systems including generative AI and model lifecycle management.
  • Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational standards.
  • Experience working across Legal, IT, and Business stakeholders; federated or data mesh environments is a plus.
