TL;DR

What you will do
- Build and ship features for the North AI workspace platform.
- Develop autonomous agents capable of interacting with sensitive enterprise data.
- Lead end-to-end deployment of AI solutions in private cloud and on-premises environments.
- Collaborate directly with public sector customers to understand technical challenges and implement solutions.
- Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to production rollout.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience shipping production-grade applications.
- Experience building and deploying performant RAG or agentic systems.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ottawa or Toronto for client proximity.
- Active Top Secret security clearance strongly preferred or eligibility/willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to work across the stack, including infrastructure and deployment planning.
- Experience in client-facing technical roles.
