What you will do

  • Assess Microsoft 365 tenant health across apps, services, and network connectivity.
  • Evaluate M365 Apps performance (Office, Teams, Outlook) and optimize configurations.
  • Review network readiness for Microsoft 365 workloads including bandwidth and latency.
  • Analyze usage and adoption metrics to identify gaps and recommend engagement strategies.
  • Provide guidance on governance, compliance, and operational processes.
  • Deliver professional customer-facing documentation summarizing health assessments and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and optimization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Apps (Office, Teams, Outlook) and M365 workloads (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business).
  • Experience managing and optimizing Microsoft Teams for enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Secure Score, Compliance Manager, and tenant health dashboards.
  • Strong ability to interpret usage analytics and design adoption strategies.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services and analyzing complex tenant and security configurations.
  • Experience in business continuity planning, incident response coordination, and process maturity assessments.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • English: B2 required

Nice to have

  • Experience with network performance tuning for Microsoft 365 workloads.
  • Familiarity with Copilot for M365, Copilot Chat, and Copilot Agent.
  • Knowledge of Entra ID architecture and identity security best practices (Conditional Access, MFA, privileged access).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, or SOC 2 Type II.
