What you will do
- Lead drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Maintain and improve standard terms, templates, and contracting processes to speed up deal cycles.
- Support RFPs and tender submissions, particularly for government and academic institutions.
- Provide commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Develop contracting playbooks, training materials, and scalable legal workflows.
- Advise on labor and employment law, and worker classification.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years PQE; US-qualified.
- Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Confident engaging with counterparties across the UK, US, and Europe.
- Experience supporting RFPs/tenders, ideally including public sector and academia.
- Experience with labor and employment laws.
- Ability to streamline contracting processes and develop playbooks, templates, and training.

- General understanding of data protection laws is a plus.
