What you will do

  • Own and drive the integration strategy for Payment Service Providers across multiple regions.
  • Lead end-to-end integration lifecycles, from technical evaluation to go-live and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define API specifications and technical requirements for payment workflows.
  • Act as a payments expert, supporting brokerage clients in selecting and implementing optimal payment solutions.
  • Monitor payment performance metrics like authorization rates and transaction efficiency to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Maintain clear documentation for payment integrations and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in payments, PSP integrations, or payment infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with payment gateways, PSP APIs, and orchestration workflows.
  • Strong understanding of global payment ecosystems, including cards and alternative payment methods.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and translate technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring and optimizing transaction metrics.
  • English: Fluent required

Nice to have

  • Experience in FinTech or online trading platforms.
  • Knowledge of payment workflow management and chargeback processes.
  • Experience supporting B2B clients in implementing payment architectures.
