What you will do
- Manage the equity platform (Carta) and ensure cap table accuracy.
- Process full-cycle equity transactions including grants, exercises, and RSUs.
- Reconcile equity data across HRIS, payroll, and accounting systems.
- Prepare detailed equity reports for leadership, board meetings, and investors.
- Perform grant sizing analysis, dilution modelling, and benchmarking.
- Support equity compensation budgeting, forecasting, and share pool planning.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in equity administration, analytics, or total rewards.
- Hands-on experience with equity platforms such as Carta, Shareworks, or Eqvista.
- Strong understanding of stock options, RSUs, cap tables, and 409A valuations.
- Proficiency in US equity regulations (ISO/NQSO, Rule 701).
- Advanced Excel modelling skills for complex data analysis.
- Experience working in a venture-backed or startup environment.
Nice to have
- CEP certification (completed or in progress).
- Experience with cross-border or international equity programs.
