What you will do

  • Define and own technical designs for Salesforce configurations and customizations within the Life Sciences Cloud (LSC).
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis between global CRM standards and local market needs.
  • Collaborate with internal IT, vendors, and business stakeholders during the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect triage and validation of country readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy and governance standards in all deployments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM or commercial technology implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or LSC).
  • Proven track record in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between local market requirements and global system standards.
  • Strong communication skills for working with global teams and country-level business users.
