What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for niche and senior roles business-wide as an individual contributor
  • Source exceptional talent using advanced headhunting techniques beyond LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership and hiring managers
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with Singapore recruitment regulations
  • Maintain high data integrity in ATS and leverage AI tools to improve hiring efficiency
  • Shape and refine Talent Acquisition SOPs and hiring processes

Requirements

  • Must be currently based in Singapore with valid legal working rights
  • Minimum 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced recruitment agency environment
  • Expertise in talent sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management
  • Experience hiring in Southeast Asia and familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Strong data-driven mindset and proficiency with ATS and AI tools
