What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for niche and senior roles business-wide as an individual contributor
- Source exceptional talent using advanced headhunting techniques beyond LinkedIn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership and hiring managers
- Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with Singapore recruitment regulations
- Maintain high data integrity in ATS and leverage AI tools to improve hiring efficiency
- Shape and refine Talent Acquisition SOPs and hiring processes
Requirements
- Must be currently based in Singapore with valid legal working rights
- Minimum 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment agency environment
- Expertise in talent sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management
- Experience hiring in Southeast Asia and familiarity with Google Workspace
- Strong data-driven mindset and proficiency with ATS and AI tools
