What you will do

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to conduct discovery and analysis of business models and operations.
  • Identify opportunities for change to inform transformation roadmaps and support the execution of strategic objectives.
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends and horizon scanning to anticipate disruptions and guide future planning.
  • Ensure transformation programmes are clearly scoped and interlocked with other initiatives across the business.
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders up to director level to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in large-scale transformation projects.
  • Proven track record in discovery and design techniques to drive business value.
  • Strong systems thinking skills to diagnose and resolve complex cross-functional problems.
  • Experience working across diverse teams and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk mitigation, governance, and strategy formulation.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Budapest, Hungary
