What you will do

  • Take full commercial ownership of a diverse portfolio of 300+ European customers worth $3M+ in ARR.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities to enhance customer engagement and increase transaction volume.
  • Mitigate churn risk through proactive renewals and retention strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to customers during success reviews.
  • Develop deep product expertise to support onboarding and demonstrate value to merchants.

Requirements

  • Fluent French (native or professional) and English required.
  • Proven track record in portfolio management and revenue growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing client interactions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple important and urgent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and maintaining an operational mindset.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the London office.
