What you will do
- Take full commercial ownership of a diverse portfolio of 300+ European customers worth $3M+ in ARR.
- Identify and cultivate opportunities to enhance customer engagement and increase transaction volume.
- Mitigate churn risk through proactive renewals and retention strategies.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to customers during success reviews.
- Develop deep product expertise to support onboarding and demonstrate value to merchants.
Requirements
- Fluent French (native or professional) and English required.
- Proven track record in portfolio management and revenue growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing client interactions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple important and urgent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally and maintaining an operational mindset.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the London office.
