What you will do

  • Manage large-scale product improvement projects to build effective and scalable features or tools to improve content feature safety.
  • Apply data-driven analyses to identify business issues, define the product roadmap, and set performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with issue experts, policy teams, and cross-functional partners to gather information and establish workflows.
  • Develop rollout and testing plans for new safety products; analyze testing data and iterate based on insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of platform data to reveal policy gaps, risks, and threats within core content types and surfaces.
  • Report project status and key outcomes to senior managers and recommend safety product features and strategies.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience.
  • Experience in product data analysis, modeling, and reporting to develop business strategies and insights.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data to support the monitoring and evaluation of product performance using SQL and analyzing reports on Google Analytics.
  • Experience processing and analyzing large quantities of data to support decision-making for product roadmap and strategy.
  • Experience designing A/B testing to monitor and improve product performance.
  • Experience managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes.
