What you will do

  • Engage in cold calling to initiate lead generation.
  • Prospect and identify sales leads within a designated territory.
  • Gather crucial information and identify key decision-makers using excellent phone communication skills.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders and the marketing team on lead-generating initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM systems to log prospective clients, track activities, and manage opportunities.
  • Work with senior sales leaders to maintain sales pipeline and deliver regular activity reports.

Requirements

  • Junior or senior level college hours with a major in Professional Selling, Marketing, or General Business.
  • Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Essential customer service skills and commitment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow processes.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to research and learn new concepts.
