What you will do

  • Analyze current sales and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and process efficiency.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives by identifying and implementing scalable process improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and customer service teams to align process improvements with business goals.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on KPI trends and strategic progress.
  • Maintain documentation of process changes and performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in process improvement, KPI development, or business operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in Commercial Sales and Salesforce CRM.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and waste management industries.
