What you will do
- Analyze current sales and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and process efficiency.
- Support strategic growth initiatives by identifying and implementing scalable process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and customer service teams to align process improvements with business goals.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on KPI trends and strategic progress.
- Maintain documentation of process changes and performance outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
- 3+ years of proven experience in process improvement, KPI development, or business operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in Commercial Sales and Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with sustainability and waste management industries.
