TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Germany (Hybrid in Munich 2 days/week or Remote within Germany).

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing new business.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to identify and capture expansion opportunities across departments.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key procurement stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer adoption.
  • Forecast sales performance accurately against targets using both bottom-up and top-down analysis.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German (Bilingual).
  • 8+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling into the Enterprise segment.
  • Demonstrated success closing 6-figure ARR deals in competitive markets.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with large named accounts (3K+ FTEs).
