What you will do

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and provide expert consultation on software configuration and utilisation.
  • Design and configure software solutions, develop data extraction tools, and create reporting dashboards.
  • Deliver product training to ensure customers maximise system capabilities.
  • Maintain and optimise software applications, supporting updates and configuration changes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Support client feedback, product testing, sales demonstrations, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • Education in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in software configuration, customisation, reporting, and user training.
  • Experience with analytical data reporting tools and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Must be based in the UK and pass Police vetting requiring 5 years continuous UK residency.
  • Ability to work 9:00am – 5:30pm GMT in a fully remote role with occasional travel.
