What you will do

  • Lead the Finance function, serving as a strategic partner to the CFO and VP leadership group to translate strategy into execution.
  • Oversee global finance operations, including investor reporting, accounts payable, payroll, and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Drive process excellence by adopting automation and AI to improve financial insights and commercial outcomes.
  • Support fundraising and M&A activities with analytical rigor and diligence-ready infrastructure.
  • Maximise cash efficiency through effective working capital management and liquidity monitoring for long-term growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 14 across management reporting, finance operations, and projects.

Requirements

  • ACA or ACCA qualified with demonstrable experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency group (ideally with US or German subsidiaries).
  • Possess strategic presence and communication skills to represent Finance and Legal at senior levels.
  • Hands-on experience with major ERPs (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills.
  • AI-First Mindset, applying emerging tech to improve finance operations.
  • Proven track record in change management, such as international expansion or exit readiness.
  • A people-first leader with the emotional intelligence to inspire and retain a team in a fast-moving environment.
