What you will do
- Coach multiple cross-functional teams on agile best practices and scrum principles.
- Facilitate key scrum ceremonies to ensure effective product development flow.
- Remove impediments and foster an environment where teams can maintain focus and velocity.
- Promote continuous improvement and agile maturity within the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders regarding delivery goals.
- Support backlog management and clarity to facilitate successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland for remote work arrangements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Up to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) is required.
- Strong background in software product development environments.
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level for international communication.
