What you will do

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver new Salesforce features
  • Develop and enhance Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL
  • Write production code under guidance of senior engineers and participate in code reviews
  • Support Salesforce integrations using REST APIs and native tools
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support testing efforts including unit and regression tests
  • Provide technical support and assist users with developed features

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa support
  • 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sandbox deployment processes
  • Familiarity with Git-based source control and collaborative development workflows
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a hybrid, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture and best practices

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce DX and source-driven development
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Bitbucket Pipelines
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and Named Credentials
  • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or sales operations systems
  • Experience with Jira or similar agile project management tools
