What you will do

  • Execute and monitor routine sales reports and analytics.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of sales projects.
  • Maintain and improve sales process documentation.
  • Calculate and verify sales compensation and incentive payouts.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in business analysis, data analytics, financial analysis, or a commission analyst role within a subscription-based software environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Project Coordination: Experience in coordinating small-scale projects.
  • CRM Systems: Basic familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Understanding of sales compensation calculation and processes.
  • Ability to learn and utilize sales tools and systems.
