What you will do

  • Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing expert guidance throughout the entire employee life cycle.
  • Manage HR processes including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding in partnership with EMEA Shared Services.
  • Ensure local compliance with labor regulations and corporate guidelines for both Hungary and Romania.
  • Lead HR projects related to technology implementation, reward frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee compensation management, benefits administration, and dispute resolution.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of operational and advisory HR experience.
  • Fluency in Hungarian, Romanian, and English is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment regulations and labor laws in Hungary and Romania.
  • Experience with HR technology, preferably Workday.
  • Degree in human resources, law, or business management.

  • Previous experience working within a global or matrix organization.
  • Background in the technology industry or professional services sector.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite including Teams and Copilot.
