The Role: Executive Love Coach
Are you ready to be a strategist, guide, and catalyst for breakthrough transformation?
As an Executive Love Coach, you'll work directly with our most committed clients, delivering high-level relational strategy, emotional leadership, and breakthrough facilitation. You'll assess relational patterns, identify emotional blind spots, and create actionable pathways toward healthy, aligned partnership.
This role demands emotional intelligence, decisiveness, structure, and the ability to hold clients lovingly accountable—while delivering measurable results.
What You'll Do
Client Coaching & Strategy
- Conduct transformational 1:1 coaching sessions for Lux clients
- Develop personalized action plans rooted in Love Strategies curriculum
- Provide direct, compassionate feedback on dating profiles, messaging, Love Visions, and relationship milestones
- Facilitate measurable progress toward relationship breakthroughs
Community & Group Leadership
- Monitor and support membership communities with emotional and tactical guidance
- Lead Mastermind sessions and develop mini-lessons as needed
- Model empowered communication and relational excellence
- Foster breakthrough conversations and community participation
Program Mastery & Operations
- Maintain working expertise across Love Strategies programs (Little Love Steps, Relationship Synergy, Heal Your Heart, Affluent Attraction)
- Conduct BeenVerified background checks for Lux clients
- Support Lux Live events through attendance, facilitation, or presentation

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
You are:
- Emotionally intelligent and grounded under pressure
- Comfortable coaching high-achieving, strong-willed women
- Direct but compassionate in your approach
- Structured in thinking and decisive in recommendations
- Deeply aligned with relationship growth principles
- Energized by measurable client breakthroughs
You have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, coaching, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in coaching, counseling, or therapy (relationship-focused preferred)
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards
- Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) preferred but not required
You're available for:
- Evening sessions (EST timezone)
- Occasional weekend sessions or live events
- Willingness to undergo internal training
- Operating within structured coaching frameworks
