What you will do

  • Partner with cross-functional product teams to provide data-driven recommendations and insights for strategic opportunities.
  • Validate new product features through statistical analysis and A/B testing to measure business impact.
  • Define, calculate, and monitor key performance indicators to identify issues and understand root causes.
  • Create and maintain self-service dashboards to empower team members to access business data independently.
  • Promote a data-driven culture by establishing best practices for analytics and decision-making.
  • Ensure that new business initiatives are reviewed for impact and effectiveness using a scientific approach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Decision Science or Data Analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Expertise in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical methods including A/B testing and regression analysis.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to present complex technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
