What you will do
- Conduct in-depth data evaluation.
- Onboard and integrate new templates into the system.
- Collect, structure, and manage operational data efficiently.
- Review analytics feedback and drive optimization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including customer-reported bugs.
- Internal process mapping and documentation, analysis, and continuous optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or any data related degree.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Data Analytics or Product Operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Notion (desired), Python (desired), SQL (desired).
- Broad research capabilities, and report building for different stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of data mapping and operational workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Background in working directly with Sales and Customer Support teams.
- Experience with compliance tools or identity verification platforms.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention and digital identity verification trends.
