What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Scrum Masters/Delivery Managers.
  • Establish and refine Agile methodologies, standards, and best practices across teams.
  • Oversee strategy and optimization of product and delivery platforms, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Deliver a consolidated, real-time view of roadmap progress, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Collaborate closely with senior technology and product leaders to ensure roadmap commitments are realistic and executable.
  • Champion scalable intake, prioritization, and roadmapping practices.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or Release Train Engineer.
  • 3–5+ years of experience leading Scrum Masters or Agile delivery professionals.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean principles.
  • Strong Jira administration expertise and experience optimizing delivery tools.
  • Ability to interpret delivery metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
