What you will do

  • Own predictive intelligence strategy within the LSC to support business use cases like next best HCP and next best message.
  • Define and maintain predictive scores, rules, and thresholds across sales, marketing, and medical workflows.
  • Leverage Data Cloud and historical CRM data to build actionable predictive intelligence models.
  • Collaborate with business, CRM, and AI teams to embed task suggestions and alerts into workflows.
  • Monitor model performance, accuracy, and business impact to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure predictive logic meets strict internal compliance, medical/legal, and data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven experience with predictive modeling, scoring, and decision engines.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, or CRM Analytics.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven decision logic.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in regulated industries like pharma or life sciences is preferred.
