What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team supporting large Canadian merchants across multiple verticals to drive retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
  • Define and execute strategic vision, optimizing coverage models, playbooks, and performance metrics for scalable impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to deepen merchant engagement and accelerate adoption of Affirm solutions.
  • Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize business outcomes.
  • Maintain executive stakeholder relationships internally and with merchant accounts to align goals and drive success.
  • Drive operational rigor through forecasting, reporting, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years B2B client-facing commercial experience including 5+ years managing managers or senior individual contributors.
  • Experience leading complex, strategic client relationships at executive and C-suite levels, including negotiating large commercial agreements.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills for proposals, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of consumer finance products, SaaS, e-commerce platforms, Salesforce, and BI/analytics tools preferred.
  • Must be located in Canada or able to work remotely within Canada.
