What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for the Forward Deployed Engineering team including sourcing and closing candidates.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools and strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing best practices and candidate evaluation.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Francisco, USA.
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth in-house environments.
- Proven track record of hiring top 1% talent.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse global teams.
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments with a continuous improvement mindset.
