Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, or Westlake, TX. Hybrid work model: 5 days per week on-site for the 9-week onboarding period, followed by 3 days in-office every other week.

Salary: $34 - $40 USD per hour.

  • Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding margin, options, and futures via Salesforce and Twilio.
  • Communicate potential risks to customers in an articulate and professional manner.
  • Utilize brokerage acumen to assist customers with closing trades when necessary.
  • Provide clear, theoretical explanations of market events without offering investment advice.
  • Collaborate with the Advanced Services team to shape the brand of new derivatives products.
  • Navigate and assist users through the Robinhood app and web platforms.

Requirements

  • Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and Series 3 licenses required.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional trade desk experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex financial services, specifically options, margin, and futures.
  • Ability to assess risk and perform position breakdowns under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and de-escalation skills.
  • Schedule flexibility to accommodate business demands across multiple time zones.
