What you will do

  • Oversee all HR activities for approximately 450 employees in Cadence Greece.
  • Manage and guide a local team of 4 HR professionals.
  • Partner with senior leadership and global HR to develop and implement effective HR policies.
  • Provide information and support to managers on HR matters, performance, and talent development.
  • Manage employee relations, including labor law compliance and local policy development.
  • Collaborate with global compensation and finance teams on pay-related processes.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive in a global high-tech company based in Greece.
  • Experience managing employee relations in formal representation structures.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of the Greek labor market, including labor law, compensation, and pension.
  • Ability to architect strategy and strong leadership, consulting, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
