What you will do
- Oversee all HR activities for approximately 450 employees in Cadence Greece.
- Manage and guide a local team of 4 HR professionals.
- Partner with senior leadership and global HR to develop and implement effective HR policies.
- Provide information and support to managers on HR matters, performance, and talent development.
- Manage employee relations, including labor law compliance and local policy development.
- Collaborate with global compensation and finance teams on pay-related processes.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive in a global high-tech company based in Greece.
- Experience managing employee relations in formal representation structures.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of the Greek labor market, including labor law, compensation, and pension.
- Ability to architect strategy and strong leadership, consulting, and coaching skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
