What you will do
- Define and own the end-to-end test strategy for the programme, covering multiple test levels including SIT, UAT and OAT.
- Establish testing governance, quality metrics, and reporting across multiple delivery streams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client QA stakeholders and programme leadership.
- Chair the Defect Review Board (DRB) and oversee defect governance processes.
- Provide technical oversight for complex system integrations.
- Lead and coordinate hybrid QA teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or Programme Test Manager in large-scale, multi-team delivery environments.
- Strong experience defining and implementing test strategies for complex enterprise platforms.
- Experience leading distributed and hybrid QA teams.
- Strong understanding of modern QA practices and automation-first testing strategies.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
