What you will do

  • Research and recruit TikTok creators and affiliate partners that align with client goals to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct outreach and secure collaborations across TikTok Shop beauty, health, and wellness verticals, managing day-to-day partner communication.
  • Vet, negotiate, and contract content creators to produce creatives supporting organic and paid media initiatives.
  • Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, and content formats to craft creative briefs and coordinate content expectations and posting cadence.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics including sales, conversions, and ROI weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing and Shop Ops teams to monitor campaigns, identify winning content, and align affiliate pushes with product focuses and promotions.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or PR (agency or brand-side).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, and social commerce strategies, including performance metrics for creator campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and track performance metrics effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for onboarding and retaining creators and affiliates.
  • Demonstrated experience with TikTok Shop, working in Seller Center and TikTok Affiliate Center.
  • Passion for social media, creator and publisher trends, and the evolving digital marketing landscape.
