  • 3+ years of experience as a product analyst.
  • 1+ years of experience as a team lead.
  • Experience training and mentoring junior colleagues — product analysts.
  • Hard skills at least at the middle+ level, including conducting A/B tests and research.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Ability to interact with a large team of clients, defend your point of view, and implement a data-driven approach in teams.
  • Ability to identify product metrics and determine the relationships between them and to seek opportunities to influence them.
