What you will do
- Lead the public voice of DreamForge and drive user acquisition and activation.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to support launch goals and long-term engagement.
- Manage DreamForge social accounts across Discord, Reddit, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Draft and publish compelling content, announcements, and community updates.
- Identify, recruit, and support early advocates, moderators, and influencers.
- Partner closely with the Product team to align messaging and campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social accounts and online communities for a game or gaming studio.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth and engagement.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track goals and create easy-to-understand reporting.
- Excellent sense for community culture, tone, and authenticity.
- Creative storytelling and content creation ability.
- Experience with short-form video content (TikTok, Reels).
