What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of HR Operations Senior Specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle transactions and data accuracy within Workday.
  • Manage team workload, priorities, and performance via ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process simplification and automation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance through meticulous HR documentation and support for internal and external audits.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies and processes to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR Operations with proven experience in a leadership role.
  • English language proficiency: C1 minimum required.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS and case management systems like ServiceNow.
  • Strong background in global end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable process improvements and user experience upgrades.
  • Comfortable managing complexity and working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with additional HR systems.
  • Familiarity with APAC labour law and regional HR processes.
  • Prior experience managing internal and external audits.
