What you will do
- Develop and execute the technical roadmap to scale Level AI’s technology stack.
- Design and build highly scalable and low latency distributed systems for large scale real-time data.
- Drive best-in-class engineering practices through the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure operational excellence for critical services requiring high uptime.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and lead the execution of technical plans.
- Stay current with technologies and thoughtfully apply them to Level AI’s tech stacks.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/PhD from tier 1/2 Engineering institutes with relevant work experience with a top technology company.
- 5+ years of Backend and Infrastructure Experience with strong track record in development, architecture and design.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale databases, high-scale messaging systems, and real-time job queues.
- Experience navigating and understanding large-scale systems and complex codebases, and architectural patterns.
- Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership to other engineers.
- Proficiency with Python, Flask, FastAPI, Django, Google Pub/Sub, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis, Kubernetes, Docker, and GCP.
