What you will do

  • Support all post-trade lifecycle management activities for Fixed Income and Equity instruments, including trade capture, confirmations, settlements, and reconciliation.
  • Oversee custodians and Third-Party Administrators (TPA), maintaining strong relationships and resolving discrepancies.
  • Act independently to respond promptly to email and telephone enquiries and reconciliation queries.
  • Utilize knowledge of custodial portals and reporting tools to support trade lifecycle management and reporting.
  • Organize workload effectively to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and business partners.

Requirements

  • Proven interpersonal and relationship skills to interact effectively across various business functions.
  • Ability to work independently, analyse issues, and provide timely solutions, and collaborate within a team.
  • Experience with SWIFT messaging and custodian portals is essential.
  • Knowledge of Fixed Income and Equity products, including familiarity with settlement systems such as DTC, Euroclear, and CREST.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator who can speak up and share views constructively.
