What you will do

  • Design and improve end-to-end UX/UI solutions for internet banking, onboarding flows, and customer-facing webpages.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Ensure visual consistency and apply accessibility standards (WCAG) across products.
  • Collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers during the delivery process.
  • Prepare developer-ready designs including responsive states and edge cases.
  • Evolve the existing design system and conduct QA reviews of implemented features.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing complex digital products.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
  • Strong background in web-based interface design including dashboards and forms.
  • Experience working in regulated environments like fintech or banking.
  • Practical knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design.
  • Fluent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in EMI or payments.
  • Familiarity with no-code tools like Webflow or Wix.
  • Experience collaborating with legal or compliance stakeholders.
