What you will do
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute engagement strategies across assigned territory.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and expert Solutions Architect to drive product adoption and build technical credibility.
- Enable clients through workshops and customer-facing collateral to increase technical knowledge and thought leadership.
- Influence product roadmap by translating field insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
- Handle complex technical challenges as tier-3 escalation point ensuring customer success in mission-critical environments.
Requirements
- Location: Berlin, Germany
- 10+ years transactional database (OLTP) expertise with proven client-facing solution delivery.
- 6+ years in customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting roles influencing technical executives.
- Proficient in SQL and Python programming, debugging, and problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Broad knowledge across data engineering, data warehousing, AI, ML, governance, transactional systems, app development, and streaming.
- Undergraduate degree or higher in technical field such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering.
