What you will do

  • Work with Business SMEs in validating and prioritizing new business initiatives and enhancement requests.
  • Improve processes across the business by identifying and implementing industry best practices.
  • Elicit, define, and approve business requirements in close collaboration with business users.
  • Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Create business requirements documents, including non-functional requirements.
  • Support internal and external delivery teams with project planning, testing, reporting, implementation, and post-implementation activities.

Requirements

  • Domain expertise (8+ years) in the Retail or Consumer Goods industry.
  • Proven experience in the roles of Senior BA / Product Owner in digital transformation projects within Retail & Consumer Goods companies.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering and business analysis on medium/large scale projects.
  • Knowledge of requirements capture methods and techniques, business systems and analysis, front end process, software development lifecycles and associated processes.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Flexible to travel across EU work across time zones

Nice to have

  • Agile Business Analysis Professional Level Certificate (BCS Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis).
  • Experience of agile ways of working (Safe, SCRUM).
