What you will do

  • Develop and execute overall sales strategy across major global markets.
  • Support high-value deals and negotiations as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop regional expansion strategies.
  • Conduct high-level competitive analysis and implement proactive market positioning strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, legal, and customer success teams for seamless execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a must-have in selling AML or Financial Crime products.
  • Deep understanding of AML/CFT regulated industries, including regulatory frameworks and competitive landscapes.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing large enterprise deals, and expanding into new markets.
  • Experience in designing and executing go-to-market strategies for regional and global expansion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing and negotiating effectively with leadership and peers.
  • Proficiency in using sales analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
