What you will do

  • Optimize, manage, and monitor internal processes to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Generate and maintain product P&L through the quotation process, collaborating with finance and development teams.
  • Refine and document internal processes for consistency and accuracy.
  • Drive cross-functional teams for quality inputs to quote and forecast processes.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements collaboratively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, finance, or related fields and 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Knowledge of costing and pricing, with strong data analytic skills.
  • Results-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence in a cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law.

Nice to have

  • Business and/or financial background in the semiconductor industry.
  • Understanding of the semiconductor design cycle.
