What you will do

  • Search for and onboard new direct advertisers, tailoring offers to their needs
  • Create personalized presentations and conduct intro and upsell video calls
  • Assist advertisers with integration setup and onboarding
  • Increase average deposit value and proactively follow up with leads
  • Submit daily plans and reports, maintain CRM records, and participate in performance reviews
  • Collaborate closely with BizDev, Media Buying, Finance, and other teams

Requirements

  • English: confident communicator, written and verbal
  • Experience selling mainstream/adult traffic across verticals like iGaming, Dating, Utilities, APK, Webcam
  • Strong partner management skills including sourcing, qualification, objection handling, and retention
  • Proficient with advertising models: CPM, CPC, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
  • Knowledge of traffic formats: Push, InPage, Native, Popunder
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales funnels
