What you will do
- Set the tone for an inclusive and dynamic work culture in the San Francisco office.
- Support and manage in-person meetings, events, and employee engagements including vendor coordination and feedback.
- Plan and execute culture-building events within the office and local area.
- Manage catering, food deliveries, and related event logistics.
- Maintain relationships with landlords, vendors, and internal partners such as IT, HR, and leadership.
- Support ad-hoc needs from the Global Real Estate team and act as liaison across departments for event planning.
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work onsite at the San Francisco office Monday through Friday.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in employee experience, engagement, or office management, preferably in tech or founder-led companies.
- Strong organizational, creative, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
