What you will do

  • Define and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Lead the transition from traditional SEO to LLM-based search and answer engine dominance.
  • Oversee content marketing, creative design, and social media presence to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage external agencies to ensure high-performance delivery and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to optimize inbound funnels and lifecycle lead nurturing.
  • Experiment with new distribution channels, content formats, and landing page UX.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SEO, content, or organic growth in Fintech or SaaS.
  • Must be based in the EU or UK.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Deep understanding of site architecture, backlink strategies, and AI search principles.
  • Experience in building repeatable systems for lead generation and measurable organic traffic growth.
