What you will do
- Bring learning and leadership initiatives to life by preparing communications for diverse internal and external audiences.
- Build and improve key operational processes to ensure learning workflows are efficient and scalable.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, managing registrations, contracts, and session evaluations.
- Perform thorough data analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams to ensure accurate data processing and reporting.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- English proficiency required (Dutch is a plus).
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage stakeholders and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity towards AI and data impact on the future workforce.
