What you will do

  • Bring learning and leadership initiatives to life by preparing communications for diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Build and improve key operational processes to ensure learning workflows are efficient and scalable.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, managing registrations, contracts, and session evaluations.
  • Perform thorough data analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams to ensure accurate data processing and reporting.

Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • English proficiency required (Dutch is a plus).
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity towards AI and data impact on the future workforce.

Nice to have

  • Experience in L&D or talent management environments.
  • Practical analytical experience with HR data.
