Salary: $125,600.00–$213,500.00 per year

What you will do

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of vendor management professionals.
  • Set clear performance objectives aligned to revenue growth, margin expansion, and export sales strategy.
  • Develop and execute vendor business plans, including marketing programs and go-to-market strategies.
  • Serve as the executive liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders across various departments.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations, including commercial terms, incentives, and performance expectations.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, market expansion strategies, and portfolio optimization initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in vendor management, channel sales, technology distribution, or strategic partnerships.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including managing through subordinate managers.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and execute strategic vendor programs.
  • Strong contract negotiation and commercial acumen, with experience managing vendor agreements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and operational planning.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
