Salary: $125,600.00–$213,500.00 per year

What you will do
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of vendor management professionals.
- Set clear performance objectives aligned to revenue growth, margin expansion, and export sales strategy.
- Develop and execute vendor business plans, including marketing programs and go-to-market strategies.
- Serve as the executive liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders across various departments.
- Lead complex contract negotiations, including commercial terms, incentives, and performance expectations.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, market expansion strategies, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in vendor management, channel sales, technology distribution, or strategic partnerships.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including managing through subordinate managers.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and execute strategic vendor programs.
- Strong contract negotiation and commercial acumen, with experience managing vendor agreements.
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and operational planning.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
